Weekly Check-ins: Why We Do Them

We get it: questions and concerns often come up during the other 167 hours during the week when you aren’t in a treatment. Wouldn’t it be great to have some additional time to share those queries with your practitioner and get the feedback you know would help you rest easy?

At Elemental Wellness, that’s exactly what we do.

In addition to weekly office visits with our practitioners, all of our programs include weekly check-ins via Zoom, email or phone.

We think that providing this one-on-one service to our patients is one of the best ways to ensure accountability, compliance, and most importantly, success.

10 Reasons We Offer Weekly Check-ins With Our Programs:

  1. Improved communication with your health practitioner.

Weekly meetings allow for ongoing communication between you and your health practitioner, ensuring that any concerns or questions you have are addressed in a timely manner. This improved communication can help you better understand your treatment plan and make any necessary adjustments.

  2. Enhanced accountability.

Having a weekly check-in with your health practitioner can help hold you accountable to your treatment plan and goals. This accountability can help you stay on track and motivated to make positive changes.

  3. Improved treatment outcomes.

Studies have shown that patients who have regular meetings with their health practitioners have better treatment outcomes than those who do not. This is likely due to the improved communication and accountability that weekly meetings provide.

  4. Increased adherence to treatment.

Research has shown that patients who have regular meetings with their health practitioners are more likely to adhere to their treatment plans. This can be especially important for those with chronic conditions, as consistent adherence to treatment is crucial for managing and improving health outcomes.

  5. Opportunity for early detection and intervention.

Weekly meetings provide an opportunity for your health practitioner to monitor your progress and identify any potential issues early on. This can allow for early intervention and prevent any potential issues from worsening.

  6. Personalized care.

Weekly meetings allow for your health practitioner to get to know you and your unique needs and circumstances. This personalized care can help tailor your treatment plan to better fit your individual needs, leading to improved health outcomes.

  7. Support and encouragement.

Having a weekly meeting with your health practitioner can provide much-needed support and encouragement as you work towards improving your health. Even a quick chat with your health practitioner can give you the encouragement to stay motivated and on track.

  8. Increased understanding of your health.

Regular meetings with your health practitioner can help you better understand your health and the factors that may be impacting it. This increased understanding can help you make informed decisions about your body and take a proactive approach to managing your health.

  9. Opportunity for lifestyle and behavior change.

Weekly meetings with your health practitioner can provide an opportunity to discuss and address any lifestyle or behavior changes that may be necessary for improving your health. Your health practitioner can provide guidance and support as you work towards making these changes.

  10. Increased confidence in managing your health.

Regular meetings with your health practitioner can help you feel more confident in managing your health. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance, leading to a greater sense of control and empowerment.

Weekly meetings with the practitioners at Elemental Wellness can improve your odds of success no matter what program you are pursuing.

From improved communication and accountability to personalized care and support, these meetings will provide a range of benefits that can help you achieve your goals.
