3 Chinese Herbs Proven to Increase Fertility
Traditional Chinese herbs have been used for centuries to promote fertility and improve reproductive health in women. These herbs are believed to work by balancing hormones, increasing blood flow to the uterus, and nourishing the body to create a more optimal environment for pregnancy.
In recent years, scientific studies have supported these traditional uses and have demonstrated the effectiveness of certain herbs in improving fertility.
1. CHASTEBERRY
Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus) has been shown to regulate menstrual cycles, improve hormone balance, and increase the likelihood of ovulation. It has also been shown to be effective in treating polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a common cause of infertility.
2. RED RASPBERRY LEAF
Another herb commonly used to improve fertility is red raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus). Red raspberry leaf has been shown to increase the thickness of the uterine lining, which is necessary for a healthy pregnancy.
It has also been shown to improve ovarian function, thus improving the chances of conception.
3. GINSENG
Ginseng (Panax ginseng) is another herb that has been shown to be effective in improving fertility. Ginseng has been shown to increase the number and quality of eggs produced by the ovaries, as well as improving uterine health.
It has also been shown to increase blood flow to the uterus, which is necessary for a healthy pregnancy.
Regular use of traditional Chinese herbs can improve fertility in women by balancing hormones, increasing blood flow to the uterus, and nourishing the body.
